What we collect

When you send a request or add a name to the cold-snap list, we collect what you type: a name, a phone number, a street address, what heats the house and anything you add. If you text us a photo, we receive it through your own messaging.

Why we collect it

To call you back, schedule the visit and write the repair number. The cold-snap list is used for one thing: phoning before a hard cold and moving a call to the front if the heat goes out. We do not sell your details and the list isn't shared.
