About
Cipriano Montano opened the shop in 1962 with one truck and a pipe wrench. His son Fidencio ran it for thirty years. His granddaughter Jaqueline runs it now.
Most of the basements we work in, our grandfather worked in first. We know the boilers that were put in under the stairs in 1958 and the furnaces that replaced them. We write down what we find, because the next person to open that panel may be one of us.
